  I was here a few months earlier this year and the beauty expert that attended to me was Georgia in Charlotte Tilbury in Selfridges. She had a lovely personality and introduced me to many products in the brand. I made a few purchases with her recommendations and I love the products. She was extremely patient and helpful with me exploring all the different products and I was very pleased with her assistance. Thanks to her, she was also helpful and willing to assist me to try the products on in the store and had a good attitude overall. Thanks Georgia.. you were great!

  Not great experience for me I was at the concession waiting for help and it looked like no one wanted to talk to me. I wanted help to pick out the right shade of the air brush concealer. I went bare faced with skin prep just to try this on and I was super excited. There were 3-4 members of CT staff and only one of them were busy. One came to reluctantly ask after 10 mins if I needed help and I was said yes please for a colour match. She said no one was available to help and if I’d like to be booked in. I said no because I knew I wouldn’t be able to book as I have a toddler and a busy month ahead. I proceeded to try and shade match on my own and the 3 staff members that were free did not offer any help. I used AI and TikTok to find shades that would match me. Every time I looked over at the CT staff they tried to look busy. Just dont understand why they didn’t want to help me when they were free It was my only free day inbetween work/ wedding prep for a family event and being a mum and it was honestly the worst experience ever. So much mean girl energy and they just looked at me like they didn’t want to speak to me. I think I am a shade 6 but I will not be buying from that concession. I’ll be buying online from a different retailer. I went to the MAC concession next and they were normal and lovely, I picked out the powder I wanted and continued. The Charlotte’s tilbury staff at the selfridges concession were utterly rude in comparison.

  Paige was so lovely!! She did such an excellent job with my foundation match, and made both me and my mum feel very welcomed.

  About 2 weeks ago I came in with one of my bridesmaids. I am getting married abroad in October and the make up artists are not to my taste. I am quite clueless when it comes to base make up as I tend to just fake tan and that’s that! But my bestie came with me and she is very clued up, we met Maisha and she was an absolute angel!! Had us in stitches laughing, so friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable on the products. She assisted me with choosing the perfect products for me and complete the most beautiful look for me! Very talented lovely lady and an overall brilliant experience for a bride to be xxx
