She checked with me at every step of the appointment and I felt reassured throughout the whole process. I am so happy with my new brows, thank you Tanjira!
- RSR SJun 14, 20261.0Unfortunately today's eyebrow wax was awful. Not the usual standard from Benefit. Core part of my eyebrow was taken off by the staff member who did the brow wax and although she apologised, a confrontational Benefit staff member forced me to pay for a botched job with little insight into customer satisfaction and standards. Sephora store manager and staff member both apologised. What a shame Birmingham has lost so many department stores and there is no longer a consistently high standard of service from new stores appearing in Birmingham such as Sephora.
