At the top of Castle Lane, Lush Belfast is one of the brightest and sparkliest shops in the city and also one of the largest in the UK. With inward facing double doors and a small ramp into the store our store has plenty of flat grounded space to peruse. So pop in to lose yourself in experiencing the products in store and learning about our company brand values. Offering consultations, hands on demo, and a wide range of haircare, shower, fragrance and even our bespoke in store parties.

My daughter had a fantastic 9th birthday party led by Caoimhe today. She and her friends had a blast making bath bombs and other treats, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I was in Belfast with my friends for the Fleadh & popped in to buy my girlfriend a wee gift because she really enjoys the Lush products.
My head was feeling a bit delicate & I was in need of assistance - thankfully, Emilia came to the rescue. I gave her my price range & a rough idea of what my girlfriend likes, in regards to scents etc.
She guided me around the shop & expertly advised me on what my girlfriend would like. I bought a couple bits and she wrapped them up beautifully.
The whole team were really nice & knowledgeable & the customer experience was great from start to finish.
Thanks to Emilia, my girlfriend will be receiving her personalised Lush gift today!

Emilia, Robbie, Chloe, Sophie, Carrie, Caoimhe and Aodly (sorry if anything is spelt wrong!) Took amazing care of me in their own ways, recommending products closest to my ramblings they could get and being absolutely amazing humans!
10/10 need a raise. Best birthday outing ever!! I requested a card with everyone's name on it as everyone was just amazing 👏

I called in to get some birthday gifts for my partner and was greeted and helped by a lovely person called Chloe they were so helpful and full of knowledge of all the products that I was looking at. They also were really friendly and super thoughtful when I told them that my partner was vegan, they helped by picking out all of the scent profiles that I knew my partner liked which were earthy, wood and musky but also had to be fully vegan. They also made me feel like I was not pressured into buying the items ( I did anyway) which made me want to shop around longer. I only went in for a couple of things but came out with so much more than I went in for! They even told me to wish my Partner a happy birthday from lush and gave me a little something extra in my bag from Lush. Chloe was fantastic person and a great asset to the Belfast team. I can't say thank you enough and my partner was trilled with all the items and loved the bread oil the most. CHOLE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

When will Snow Fairy be coming back?
Snow Fairy comes out every festive season so is in stores from September to the end of December! If this is one of your favourites, make sure you grab it while you can!

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We have lots of different options if you're after a gift wrapped present! Our gift sets come beautifully wrapped already, or you can create your own bespoke gift with one of our knot wraps. Inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of gift wrapping, these fabric wraps are a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. For smaller products, we also have the option of handmade lokta paper, made from regenerative fibre.
Is click-and-collect available?
We have recently kick-started our re-vamped click and collect service. Choose in-store pick-up as your option at checkout online and our sales team will prepare your order. You'll receive a notification from us when your order is ready for collection. Order before 3PM for same day pick-up!
