At the top of Castle Lane, Lush Belfast is one of the brightest and sparkliest shops in the city and also one of the largest in the UK. With inward facing double doors and a small ramp into the store our store has plenty of flat grounded space to peruse. So pop in to lose yourself in experiencing the products in store and learning about our company brand values. Had a great customer service experience today instore. Particularily because of Kirsten the assistant that helped me. She was very helpful as im 38 weeks pregnant and was she was able to recommend natural products for my belly.

Had such a positive experience in this Lush store. The staff are amazing, with both Hannah and Finvola being exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, with outstanding knowledge of the product range. Great selection of products and an accessible store layout. Couldn't recommend strongly enough - the team are fantastic.

The service is class … every time i pop into the store the staffs are so warm and friendly. CATE was brilliant helpful nice and kind staff who made sure that I got the best products and gave me fee samples to try too . Lush is too good and staffs are always the bestttt .

Maria was so friendly from when I first entered the shop. She gave great advice on products. Very knowledgeable, friendly, chatty and smiled lots I didn’t feel rushed to complete my purchases. Will definitely be back to Lush Belfast because of Maria! Well done

Honestly had a brilliant visit today. Maria who helped me out in the Lush Belfast store was so lovely!! She was a bit of craic but all about relaxing and pampering you too. She was super helpful and really responsive and attentive. When we talked through products she would listen to my thoughts and then she would suggest another better fit item until we arrived at the best thing for me - just loved my visit and have got loads of treats for me and my daughter!

When will Snow Fairy be coming back?
Snow Fairy comes out every festive season so is in stores from September to the end of December! If this is one of your favourites, make sure you grab it while you can!

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We have lots of different options if you're after a gift wrapped present! Our gift sets come beautifully wrapped already, or you can create your own bespoke gift with one of our knot wraps. Inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of gift wrapping, these fabric wraps are a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. For smaller products, we also have the option of handmade lokta paper, made from regenerative fibre.
Is click-and-collect available?
We have recently kick-started our re-vamped click and collect service. Choose in-store pick-up as your option at checkout online and our sales team will prepare your order. You'll receive a notification from us when your order is ready for collection. Order before 3PM for same day pick-up!
