At the top of Castle Lane, Lush Belfast is one of the brightest and sparkliest shops in the city and also one of the largest in the UK. With inward facing double doors and a small ramp into the store our store has plenty of flat grounded space to peruse. So pop in to lose yourself in experiencing the products in store and learning about our company brand values. Maria looked after us today, we simply went in for a “wee nosey”.. Maria came over and gave us and was super! bath bombs, glitter showers.. Our little one loved it, that’s where the next party will be 😆 Thank you

I had a great experience, first, staff are really lovely, kind and nice, they were very friendly and gave me free snakes if things I would really like to try before I buy them, they explained things about the perfume ingredients that I wished to know, I would say they are my favourite lush staff so far, knowing that all lush staff are welcoming and kind, but Belfast branch are the best ✨

Omg!! Best shop and customer service ever! Was in town with my friend Molly and was just passing time before our movie. We were looking around when a staff member, Rhianna came up to as and started a conversation about the different smells she loved! She led us to the different scents and found out what we loved. I then told her i was looking for bath bombs. She led us over a picked one for me and I loved it! I asked if I could buy it and she put it in a bag. She then said I could have it for free 😭😭😭 i was so happy!!! Best customer service ever! Definitely coming back with and buying again!

I visited Lush in Belfast a couple of weeks ago to get a birthday gift for a friend, and was served by Aodh. They recognised that I needed some help and came over and approached me. I was struggling because I didn’t know if my friend even had a bath, or had any particular skin issues to be aware of - but Aodh helped me put together a beautiful gift bundle of items and wrapped it in a vintage-style bundle wrap. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient and full of great recommendations. First class!

Went in maybe a week ago, looking for perfume, a newer member of staff came up to me and helped and she was so wonderful, and another member also came up and helped me find a scent. They definitely found one that suits me well as I’ve had countless complements. Now don’t quote me on the names but I think it was Rachel and Jodie. Anyways fantastic customer service and welcoming energy

Yes! Return any 5 pots, and we'll swap it for a free fresh face mask. As well as this, you can now get 50p off your basket for every item of packaging you return to us! We also offer a 5p discount for any size of sample pot brought back to us.
When will Snow Fairy be coming back?
Snow Fairy comes out every festive season so is in stores from September to the end of December! If this is one of your favourites, make sure you grab it while you can!

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We have lots of different options if you're after a gift wrapped present! Our gift sets come beautifully wrapped already, or you can create your own bespoke gift with one of our knot wraps. Inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of gift wrapping, these fabric wraps are a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. For smaller products, we also have the option of handmade lokta paper, made from regenerative fibre.
Is click-and-collect available?
We have recently kick-started our re-vamped click and collect service. Choose in-store pick-up as your option at checkout online and our sales team will prepare your order. You'll receive a notification from us when your order is ready for collection. Order before 3PM for same day pick-up!
