  Grace was incredible - she is the epitome of Lush in a person. Super knowledgeable about everything she spoke about, including giving me lots of detail and history around Lush and even including their ethics behind their products. I had a full body 80 minute massage and it was pure luxury from the beginning. Lush don’t just provide spa treatments, it’s genuinely a whole experience - Although pricey, totally worth it! Cannot wait to book my next one

  My husband and I had the Good Hour experience today at the Lush Spa in Bath with Autumn and Grace, and we honestly had the most wonderful time. From start to finish, we felt so comfortable and completely at ease. Autumn and Grace were incredibly knowledgeable and explained the whole process so well. It was my husband’s first spa treatment, so he wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but they immediately put him at ease and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The Good Hour really is on another level. It’s so much more than just a massage — it’s a whole experience in itself. The attention to detail, atmosphere and care made it feel really special. We both left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already looking forward to booking our next experience in the new year. Thank you, Autumn and Grace, for making it such a lovely experience! 💚

  I attended the "LUSH Fest Presents Slow Down To Speed Up" event, and for £20 it was more than worth it! It started with a shop floor workshop, where one of the staff members supervised us making their Angels On Bare Skin fresh cleanser, where we got to take home a 100g tub of the product. We then went downstairs to the spa where we began with a tour of the spa, exploring the different rooms which were set up for different treatments and which products they used. Grace was incredibly friendly and helpful in talking through what they offer and providing personalised recommendations. We were then taken to their Book-a-bath room where we tested three different teas and were given a hand and arm massage with products of our choice. At the end of the tour, we were given a voucher for 10% off all products that day. We were also given a goody bag containing a 45g pot of Dream Cream body lotion, 45g pot of Ro's Argan body conditioner, and a sample pot of Sleepy shower gel, along with some informational flyers. I will definitely be keeping my eyes peeled for more of their events in the future!

  Had the rewilding facial delivered by Will - what a joyful experience!💖 Not only did he keep his promise to make me look 10 years younger (he gave me a jawline again!) but my skin felt supple and was glowing. The holistic approach to my whole wellbeing left me feeling like a precious child who was being taken care of - it was 50 minutes of pure bliss and was one of the highlights of my holiday😍 If only there was a Lush spa where I lived😭 thanks guys xxx

  I’ve been a Lush fan for years and have loved so many of their products, but somehow never tried the Spa even though I lived in Bath for a year. So when I came back this time, I finally booked Synaesthesia with Grace and I was obsessed. Grace was incredibly warm, friendly and professional, and the whole treatment felt completely different from any spa experience I’d had before. The Bath Lush Spa itself is also so cozy, quiet, private, aesthetic and genuinely relaxing. I loved it so much that the very next day I spontaneously booked two more treatments 😂 Rewilding Facial and The Comforter with Louise. Louise was also incredibly nice! Lovely, patient, friendly and professional throughout. The Rewilding Facial was my favorite! Honestly incredible. My skin looked instantly healthier, brighter and more lifted afterwards. I literally wore no makeup for the rest of the day because my skin looked that good. The Comforter was a completely different experience. Warm, pinky, chocolatey and super relaxing. I actually fell asleep during the massage after all the travelling I’d been doing. Three treatments in two days, and I left feeling completely recharged. Huge thank you to Grace and Louise. I’d absolutely come back again. 🩷
