  I was specifically looking for a new foundation for my older skin(69), so called in with my daughter whilst we were shopping. The assistant offered to apply the shade I chose (03 Beautiful Skin) and also used a variety of different products, I.e. cleanser, moisturiser, primer, powder, blush and setting spray. I was pleased with the outcome. The assistant didn't really explain the products, just seemed to be going through the motions, which was a shame, as I have only just discovered Charlotte Tilbury and would have appreciated more advice on which other products would have been benificial to purchase. I specifically enquired about the cream to help dark pigmentation spots but was told she was awaiting delivery of samples. I was offered no free samples of anything else to try at home. It was particularly galling to find when I got home to check out other products in the range, that I could have ordered the foundation for £8 cheaper from the Charlotte Tilbury website which had an offer on finishing that day, and also offered free samples.

  I had my make up done by Chelsea at CharlotteTilbury in Frasers Dundee and she was absolutely amazing at her job. Explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, gave me tips and tricks and made the whole experience feel so personal. Fantastic, friendly girl who is an asset to the Charlotte Tilbury counter. I will definitely be back again to buy more products

  Got my make up done by Brooke and she was so helpful and made sure I was happy. I was anxious about getting my make up done but she made me feel at ease and was lovely and friendly ☺️

  Fantastic experience, the team at Rushden Lakes were so welcoming and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble and really pleased with my make up. Will definitely be booking again!

  Cara ( I hope I spelt her name right, apologies if I didn’t) was amazing. I loved my make up. She was so helpful in teaching me new ways to use products and was an absolute gem. I had my autistic child I babysit and she was so understanding towards her. I would 100% recommend getting makeup done by her and redeem it with buying products. I will definitely visit in the future again for sure. Great experience
