We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our shop has step free access.
Our shop has an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible
No customer toilet in-store, accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Snow Fairy comes out every festive season so is in stores from September to the end of December! If this is one of your favourites, make sure you grab it while you can!

Do you do any discounts?
We offer 50p off your basket for every empty item of Lush plastic packaging you bring back for recycling!
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We have lots of different options if you're after a gift wrapped present! Our gift sets come beautifully wrapped already, or you can create your own bespoke gift with one of our knot wraps. Inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of gift wrapping, these fabric wraps are a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. For smaller products we also have the option of handmade lokta paper, made from regenerative fibre.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do! You can purchase gift cards in all our UK stores and are redeemable in our stores and on our website.
Do you have Quiet Hours?
Our Quite Hour is every Sunday, from 11:00am to 12:00pm, in line with the Union Square Shopping Centre general Quiet Hour. Please check the Union Square website to see a list of participating businesses.
