In my 66yrs I have never had a problem with a product until I used the Two Faced Better Than Sex liquid liner. Not sure I'll shop here again. Also the lady who dealt with me was pretty snarky,and just kept pointing to a very small print printed sign , which I could hardly see. How about you tell customers ,at the time of purchase ,verablly, that all sales are final.That would seem more open and honest to me. Not all your customers have 20/20 vision...pretty shady.

I asked to return or exchange for fresher ones while picking up my phone order and Harby, the new assistant manger, refused and told me she doesn’t need a customer like me. She is out of control and I am out $750 for expired cosmetics. (See photos) Estée Lauder you owe me $750!!!!!
- MCMengran CaoJul 1, 20183.0This store has more makeups than other cosmetics company. It‘s clean and everything is organized. But I’m so disappoited about the assistant‘s attitude. There is an assistant whom I think she didn't know very clear of her job. I‘ve stayed in the store for at least 20 minutes and found she was doing her makeup all the time. Even though there were more and more customers coming，she only paid attention to her eyebrow. Also， this store doesn‘t have a poster or label about price and discount. I had to ask them and checked the price everytime. When I was asking the price，she was impatient and disrespectful. I suggest the manager should consider about this and fix it. At least teach her how to be respectful and professional.
