  I usually have great experiences at Restore Hyper Wellness, but I’m really disappointed with their shot pack policy. I purchased a 10-pack specifically for Vitamin D shots, which I only get every 7 weeks for my health. No one explained that the shots would expire before I could realistically use them on that schedule. Because of the expiration, most of my pack went to waste, making it not worth the cost at all if you’re buying it for something like Vitamin D that isn’t taken weekly. I wish the staff had clarified this upfront or that Restore offered more flexible expiration timelines for customers using shots for long-term health needs. Service is good, but the shot pack policy is definitely something to be aware of before purchasing.

  The nurse was kind and patient! It was a hard prick getting a vein today! But, she was patient enough to keep trying in a kind way. Also, helped find the right IV and additional stuff needed to help my migraine.

  Always a great experience. The facility is clean, well managed and provides the services I need. The staff is what makes the difference! Always super friendly and engaging. Plus they are always ready to assist me when my schedule changes!

  I scheduled a 1030 appointment at this facility one day prior when I came in early for my appointment I informed them that I scheduled an appointment because I was on a time crunch and had another appointment at noon. They assured me that everything would be fine and that they were on time when the nurse proceeded to give me my IV. She bent the plastic piece into my arm and my blood vein erupted and started bursting blood everywhere to which she said, do you still want me to put it in a different arm and I said no I would like for you to continue to put it in the same arm but a different vein as I requested so I can use my right hand to work but you hurt me and she said well ma’am I AM only human and I make mistakes, when I told her that is not my fault that you harmed me she proceeded to walk away and said she needed to take a moment and never came back for 20 minutes. She finally came back to another patient and when I asked when she was going to administer my IV she said we will not be giving you your IV today. At this point I had been there almost 45 minutes She embarrassed me harmed me in front of a room full of people left my arm, bruised, and blood everywhere then refused to give me my IV because she had a little tantrum ! I cannot even believe that a medical treatment facility would have such an immature unprofessional under trained staff member trying to administer IVs with a 5 year old mentality! I reached out the same day via email to the manager and they never responded back!
