  I wanted to try this because I had had the flu and wasn’t feeling better after a week. While I would recommend the IV, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are others. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I called to inquire about pricing because it wasn’t clear online. The woman didn’t even answer the phone by stating the name of the business; just said hello. Super weird and I thought I had the wrong number. I asked about introductory pricing and she stated $119 or bogo. I said ok how much is the bogo, and she wouldn’t tell me. Ok, you offered it. I got there 15-20 min early to fill out forms as they stated I should. When I got there, no receptionist was up front. 5 people were attending to 1 person, and I waited at least 5 min before being recognized. When the receptionist finally arrived she checked me in and stated I needed to fill out forms. She didn’t give me the forms and instead helped the man behind me. (The man had no appointment and ended up leaving anyway btw) I went to the bathroom and asked for the forms when I returned, and she still didn’t have them ready for me. Another employee came to ask me questions. She asked for my name and birthday with two other customers present in the room. When I refused to give my email she had a near conniption. She then left and didn’t return. The nurse came and asked me about the forms. I said I didn’t get the forms and I’ve been waiting here for 15 min. I said I’d like to fill out the forms myself because she keeps asking me personal information in front of everyone. I was given the forms at 5:30 from yet another employee. My appt was at 5:30 so there was no reason to rush through traffic on a Friday to get there early. I assumed the intake forms were for the nurse to review, but clearly she didn’t. So why did I give all my info? I thought she would recommend something but she just asked me what I wanted…I had never had this service done before, no recommendations based on symptoms? When you get the service done past sunset you’re in a fish bowl. They have a wall of windows next to the sidewalk of downtown Woodstock…no curtains, no privacy. Would not recommend this location. Update: Wow. How disappointing for this company not to take accountability in their actions and lie about what happened. I’m unsure how they talked to their team when I posted my review after hours and they responded at 12:38am.

  I usually have great experiences at Restore Hyper Wellness, but I’m really disappointed with their shot pack policy. I purchased a 10-pack specifically for Vitamin D shots, which I only get every 7 weeks for my health. No one explained that the shots would expire before I could realistically use them on that schedule. Because of the expiration, most of my pack went to waste, making it not worth the cost at all if you’re buying it for something like Vitamin D that isn’t taken weekly. I wish the staff had clarified this upfront or that Restore offered more flexible expiration timelines for customers using shots for long-term health needs. Service is good, but the shot pack policy is definitely something to be aware of before purchasing.

  The nurse was kind and patient! It was a hard prick getting a vein today! But, she was patient enough to keep trying in a kind way. Also, helped find the right IV and additional stuff needed to help my migraine.

  Always a great experience. The facility is clean, well managed and provides the services I need. The staff is what makes the difference! Always super friendly and engaging. Plus they are always ready to assist me when my schedule changes!
