Second time she screwed my hair up and both times had to have someone else fix it. Manager and other staff are great. Not sure if I’ll go back or not but if I do, Laine won’t be cutting my hair.

Showed the worker what I was going for and she completely ignored it and didn't even look at the picture (I'll show before and after) I asked for CURTAIN BANGS AND LAYERS, and came out with a hideous bob from the 80s, no care, didn't listen, and did whatever she wanted even when I tried to correct her. I had multiple references and had this haircut before and knew how it was supposed to look. Would and will never go back. If you want your hair to look good go to any other location but this one. The other thing is I was in queue after my mother and I was skipped for walk ins 3 TIMES IN A ROW. They do not care about customer service at all. I checked in online and was completely ignored for almost an hour.
