She cut the length off and that was it. She didn't blend, texturize, or even make sure the sides were even. She spent less than 10 minutes "cutting" it. I now have to go back tomorrow (to a different location for sure) and pay to get the rest of the haircut I've already paid for. Beyond disappointed with an embarrassingly awful haircut.

I am not gonna go back. I'm going to find another place to get our haircut. They can't cut a straight line, when my granddaughters only needed a trim on her hair, she's got layers now so she cannot pull her hair back now. One of the ladies that sit in the far back right even got A snotty attitude, when my granddaughter who's nine years old asked where the trash was and she replied you've been here before you should know where it is. That attitude toward my granddaughter did it for me, if I were you I'd stay away from this place!
