  I visited The Wax Strip and got the Tropical Twister, which is listed at $187. However, when I went to check out, an additional 18% gratuity was added without any prior notice. It was not listed on the service menu or paperwork—I was only told it was displayed on a monitor. That’s not okay. Pricing should be transparent upfront, especially for services at this price point. What if I had only brought the exact amount that was advertised? Because of the lack of clear communication and unexpected charges, I will not be returning.

  I always have a great experience when I go in for my service. Everyone is always so friendly and very respectful. Today I had Toya and she was very professional and took great care of me and my mom.

  Skin ripped off face in two places first time going to this establishment. Big pieces used at one time . This was my 3rd time being waxed first time having it done in Ga. I won't be going back. Pretty harsh technique used.. this is the scar on picture the next day next to the corner of my lip. I still have a hair on my chin that I can feel when I touch it . The peope are very nice and welcoming .
