- CAChristina AquinoJan 12, 20261.0Last Monday I booked a side by side massage for my husband and myself for his birthday. I received the time and date along with “any staff” assignment which we were fine with. We showed up for our appointment on Friday his birthday and were told we were not on the books and the online booking system is just a request. I found this ridiculous considering we had a confirmation for the appointment on our phone however even if so, we never received a call or email the entire week confirming our “requested” booking. My name and number was written down by a less than friendly young receptionist, and we were still not called back. I called again two days later and left a message and as of now have yet to hear back. I have gone here for years for massages, and this experience (new staff it seems) has me absolutely never returning again. There were several opportunities to remedy this situation as we are patient people but the blatant lack of care or respect for our time, my husband’s birthday plans ruined.. I only hope this is a learning experience for the so they don’t lose any more customers.

The lady looked like a teenage girl and she did not say one word to me. i’m sorry bad experience for me
