  I took my kid here for a haircut and left very disappointed. The service felt rushed from start to finish, and the buzz cut was uneven and not blended well at all. You could clearly see harsh lines where it wasn’t done properly. The stylist was also pretty rough while handling my child’s head, which made him uncomfortable. On top of that, they were chewing gum right in his ear and barely spoke to him or made any effort to be pleasant. Most of the time, they were talking to other staff instead of focusing on the client in their chair. There was no friendliness or warmth—no smiles, no interaction—especially disappointing when working with a child. Overall, it felt careless and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend bringing kids here.

  First, I wanna start by saying this should’ve never happened. And I am so happy that the Bremen location was willing to fix everything for me and is currently handling the situation because Villa rica doesn’t care to handle the situation. I went In today, About 11 AM. I had an inspiration picture and I told the lady I like the sides of the head in this picture however, I don’t want the top that short. I just want it trimmed up. Mind you I keep my hair short. I’ve had it short for over 15 years. I have never in my life had it this short I was trying to grow out the top and mainly have bangs and keep the side short because I have hot flashes a lot. I normally go through the Bremen location however I was getting my nails done next-door and didn’t want to drive all the way to Bremen and I thought since they’re both great clips maybe they would have some good stylist too especially with this being a brand new location. I was sadly mistaken I sat down and she does the sides on a five and I did like it a little longer than the picture and I told her thank you however, I still wanted the top just to trim. I then turned around and she started cutting my hair while hair started falling in my face so I closed my eyes by the time I opened my eyes my hair is completely gone and botched I was so upset she asked me if I liked it and I just didn’t even respond to her I was in shock and had no idea what to do. I paid and left because my husband’s been telling me not to cause problems in public so I walked out upset called him and started crying showed him my hair and even he said that it was absolutely ridiculous how short they went when that is not what I asked for. And on top of that, my hair was uneven on the sides and I went to Bremen and thankfully they fix that for me, and when I showed them that before, and after pictures, even they were shocked because my normal lady even vouched and said I never get this short and there’s no way I would’ve ever allowed this if I had know what was going on. When I called VR location, I spoke to the manager and asked for a refund and she told me they don’t do refunds, And said she is sorry and there’s nothing she can really do to help me. The sorry was complete bullshit half ass and didn’t even sound like she really was. Sorry I was crying over the phone because of how bad my hair is. I really hope the owner sees this and knows that they did not care. They did not want to refund me and I had to go to a complete different location to even get told that they’re gonna make sure something happens.. I will never return to this location ever I don’t care if it was the only haircut location on the planet earth I would never return and just never cut my hair again. The stylish should be fired for not even confirming what I wanted and just doing whatever she wanted to do. Then the manager needs to be fired for acting like she cared, but truly didn’t care and wanted to give me that fake half ass apology and then cop an attitude because I’m the one with the bad haircut. I will never return.
