    Associate didn’t even attempt to come from behind the counter and help at all. She watched me shop in confusion for 15 minutes and when I got to the counter she told me that I was unable to purchase my items without a cosmetology license. I wasted time and felt extremely unwelcomed. She was so short and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. It is my fault that I didn’t see the not on the door but to be fair it is written on the door so small and is located at the bottom of the store hours. You can’t expect everyone to just know that I’m not even from here. Terrible customer service, I have heard there are plenty of other good hair stores..just go somewhere else. ❌

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
