- BWBrittannie WilliamsNov 20, 20254.0I've came in a few times for both me and my 2 daughters at different times. The hairstyles cut my hair once and did both of my kids styles at different times. She was great. Ms. Ludora kept asking if I was comfortable and if I liked what she was doing. However, the woman next to her was rude, had food in the salon, and dealing with 2 clients at the same time, she was inappropriately speaking in front of my youngest daughter. Ludora repeatedly apologized for her coworkers. I was highly upset. The other styles was rude to my styles and that also upset me. The manager just sat in her office until the mini cakes showed up and the the three of them were teasing Ludora for not having any dessert. How rude. 4 stars for Ludora and zero stars for the locate.

- ANannelisa nixAug 6, 20191.0The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had in a salon.... one person working, she kept having to wash and dry towels, sit down and rest, left me with conditioner in my hair, leaned back in the sink, for a while ( long enough my arms were going numb) as she SAT... I was there for a little over two hours for a wash and cut... Mind you I was the only customer in the entire place... very inexperienced styler.. JACKED my hair up royally... showed her what I wanted, reverse bob w/ stack in the back... got a 1970's Football helmet looking cut, had her redo it, she could not put layers in what so ever... my hair is very blocky looking, the layers don't blend... hair ended up being shorter than what i wanted, Now I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed... Called JC Penney Salon, the manger is out for a week, they offered for me to come in and have it fixed for free but that's TOTALLY NOT GONNA HAPPEN.... I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK... NOT HAPPY, NOT SATISFIED EX-CUSTOMER I wouldn't even give it 1 start but you can't post without it
