I took my kids there and the lady who checked us in was rude. All of my kids got their hair cut by different people but the lady who did my son's hair said it would take an hour to cut my son's hair the way I asked and that only barbers who go through years of training could do it. My husband had gotten the same cut there last year and it did not take anywhere near hour and turned out amazing. It wasn't even a fancy hair cut. They weren't even busy. She literally butchered his hair. It looks ridiculous. Yeah, we won't be back.

- JMJordan MichaelsonJan 5, 20261.0Checked in Online for myself and my son and after I told her how I wanted my son’s hair cut the woman then just glared at me before saying “I’m just waiting for you to move so I can do my job” then once she’s done cutting his hair she then goes to check us out without cutting my hair at which point I bring up oh I’m sorry I checked in for two at which point she gets up set and starts throwing a fit as she is slamming stuff back into their receptacles while she’s cutting my hair and complaining that they’re closing soon. I have been using this salon for the last 4 years, but I will no longer be taking myself or my son to great clips again.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
