- JMJordan MichaelsonJan 5, 20261.0Checked in Online for myself and my son and after I told her how I wanted my son’s hair cut the woman then just glared at me before saying “I’m just waiting for you to move so I can do my job” then once she’s done cutting his hair she then goes to check us out without cutting my hair at which point I bring up oh I’m sorry I checked in for two at which point she gets up set and starts throwing a fit as she is slamming stuff back into their receptacles while she’s cutting my hair and complaining that they’re closing soon. I have been using this salon for the last 4 years, but I will no longer be taking myself or my son to great clips again.

Nothing was even, one side was shorter than the other and she cut 5 inches more than what I wanted. It’s almost like she just wanted to do what she wanted to do not what I wanted. When a stylist can’t do a correct cut on a client, then it’s probably time for them to retire. I was so terribly disappointed with my haircut that I had to go to another stylist and get the correction done on my hair so it looked halfway decent. I guess you get what you pay for a cheap haircut!!!!

I have to sit and wait hour or hours, just because i dont want to download the App(check in on app) because i only get a hair cut like every 4 months plus and my phone doesn’t have the memory. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
