The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in my 65yrs of life!! I am proud of myself for holding my anger in, which isn't normal for me. I should have grabbed my purse and ran! But I was determined to get my hair cut even if she screwed it up.
I got there at 6pm 1/7 so I knew I had time. There were NO customers. This woman was cleaning and obviously didn't want to be bothered. Never got her name, didn't keep my receipt. Her attitude was ridiculous! I ask if she would mind cutting my hair and reluctantly she said no. But I knew she did.
You can tell I have thick, curly, frizzy hair! Tell me why she got a THIN comb out and proceeded to yank the holy hell out of my hair!! Sprayed a tiny bit of water on it at first. I know she was trying to get me to leave. But I held my breath, closed my eyes and endured the pain! Told her I was tender headed but she didn't care. She wanted to argue about me combing my hair out, even being curly?!
Anyway, I tipped her over 50% because I wanted her to THINK about how rude she was! Hair isn't like I ask but it'll do for now. She wanted to argue about that too. Geez lady, I've been dealing with this hair a long, long time. Please find another job!! I know it doesn't matter if ya'll lose a customer. I know I won't be back. Every time I go there's all new people there. I've been going there off and on for 20yrs.

The two women working refused to give me a haircut if I didn't give them my phone number first. I've made several trips to Great Clips, this location included, and I never HAD to give my phone number. My name alone has always sufficed. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I said I didn't want to give my phone number, I got instant attitude from them. I will never return to the Cofer Crossing location.

We were in desperate need of a haircut for my 10 year old's school pictures and I thought we'd try here. It was convenient after all. The lady I believe her name was Dana cause that's what's on my receipt. She was very nice and friendly. She was relatable and everything. She even gave us a coupon off of Facebook. The problem was once she had already started cutting my son's hair, she confessed that she would not be able to line him up or anything like a regular barber. But she told me she could cut his hair prior to admitting that part.
As she's struggling to shave off his thick hair, she let's me know that if I leave at this point I'll end up paying for two haircuts for him. And after the finished result, guess what I ended up doing folks??? PAYING for my son to get his hair cut TWICE for a total of about $30. This was for school pictures so I had to do it.
I completely met what seemed to be a nice person to chat with but lost money that day because Dana could have told me before the clippers touched my baby's hair that it wasn't going to be all right.
