She asked what haircut I wanted. When I said I wasn’t fully sure, expecting a normal conversation and her professional input, she criticized me for being on my phone while waiting in the lobby instead of “thinking about what I wanted.” She then told me to go back to the lobby and “decide what I want” before coming back up. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Throughout the haircut, her tone remained extremely condescending. I tried to brush it off and remain polite, but she repeatedly spoke to me as if I were being unreasonable. She also repeatedly and rudely insisted on a reference picture instead of listening to my request for how I wanted the sides and back cut. This has never been an issue with any other stylist. Near the end, she again commented on my “indecisiveness,” as if there were a lesson for me to be taught. What crossed the line was at checkout, when she commented on my tip because she said she spent a lot of time on my hair. That is completely inappropriate, especially given how the rest of the appointment was handled. I always tip well when service is positive, but that was not the case here. When I told her I would not be returning to this location, she responded by telling me not to come back.

Also, the stylist Mariella did a bad job on my son's haircut. was done in 5 minutes. I showed her that she took off too much hair from his forehead and she just smiled. very unprofessional.
