He doesn’t speak English, so I was there to help—but the stylist was very rude and made no effort to be welcoming or respectful. She rushed through the haircut and kept checking her messages on her Apple Watch the whole time, which made us feel like she didn’t care at all. At the end, even after giving such poor service, she said, “Just so y’all know, we live off tips,” which felt like she was demanding a tip she didn’t earn. My dad felt very disrespected, and so did I. We will not be coming back. No one deserves to be treated like that, and I hope this gets addressed so others don’t go through the same thing.
