  I went to Sephora today and got the sweetest customer service. The young lady helping me reminded me about my birthday gift and helped me save on the things I bought. She was really wonderful and so kind.

  I've been to this location 4 times, and there's been an issue each time. Either there is no Sephora associate on duty or they are out of stock of products I need, and when I asked the associate to check the back , she was not very friendly. I tried giving them a chance, but no, I will never return and don't recommend this location.

  No one there after waiting 15 minutes. A Kohl’s employee said maybe she was in the back and asked me what I needed. I told her I wasn’t sure and wanted to get a sample of a concealer to try out first. She said the lady who does that was not there that day and that no one else could do it. Very odd; Only one person could create a sample??

  Terrible. They have tons of Try Me but ZERO inventory! This Stockbridge Sephora is truly pathetic. Good luck with someone actually answering the phone to see if they have a product in stock.
