There was a lady who was consuming the lead stylists time with perfection burdening and that took her completely out of the action. I was 2nd in line on the check in screen. Then a lady walked in and was taken straight back and it seemed automatic that she jumped the line without checking in. They said hey cheerfully and loudly. Do you need your hair washed. And went right back ahead of everyone. During all of this the 3rd stylist decided it was her time to go to lunch. Now we're all stuck waiting on privileged and familiar people. My wait time was 15 minutes at check in and because of all of the cronies and needy people we ended up waiting 45 minutes to be served. It would be a very good idea to assess the process of turnaround time in this location. Especially during peak hours of the day it should be clear how to deal with those expecting above and beyond service. There's no way to avoid this kind of client, but as long as GC has been in business there must be training strategies to mitigate these exceptional challenges. I never thought I'd be writing a review like this, but if this was the business I worked for and quality was lacking I would want someone to resolve it quickly.
