I said shoulder length so it would shrink to my jawline, it's cut at my jawline so short I can'tdo anything with it. I said a shag and I got a short bob. If you don't know what a shag is, say it. If you can't cut curly hair, say it. If you can't cut thin hair, say it. If you don't understand what the customer wants, say it. Don't just say okay and give it a try. I hate my hair and tried so hard not to cry and act grateful not to hurt the stylists feelings but Ive been home for an hour now and have washed and tried to style this mess and it just looks worse. It's too short to even pull back to hide it. I can't hide it so I have to look crazy until it grows out. I'm sobbing because I don't know what to do, I work in customer service and I look crazy. I paid without complaint, I even tipped well because the girl was personable. But this is why I go years between haircuts, why did I pay money to look this bad? It's not the haircut I asked for and it's too short to fix into anything resembling good looking. Literally crying as I write this. I wish I had just kept driving and cut my hair myself. I look like a mushroom. It's terrible. I just wanted to do something for myself because my life has been so hard lately. I will never go back to Great Clips at any location. Pay the extra money and go someplace else where the stylists know what they are doing.
