The “stylists” are extremely rude, they do not listen to what you ask them for, and you are treated like an inconvenience. How did my hair come out differently each time I went, and showed the same reference photo and gave a description. Also, there’s no reason to comb my hair so hard my scalp bleeds. No ma’am. Save your money because for the service and experience it’s over priced as heck.
