If you are looking for a VERY rude, rushed, and unprofessional place to get a haircut - this is definitely your place. I have never experienced such bad customer service as we did here. My 4 year old son got his haircut and it was an awful experience. She was very impatient and rough with him, the look on his face was horrifying. She would not let him move nor try to get the hair off his face. And somewhere online I read that it said this place was great for kids?! I’m sorry but far from it, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it for adults either. I am usually a very understanding person but this was unacceptable. If I had read the reviews beforehand we would have never stepped foot in there. So, please don’t make the same mistake I did. DON’T GO HERE!

Chris was rough with him, and instead of asking Michael to turn his head, Chris just yanked it wherever they wanted. The clippers got caught on his ear multiple times. Whatever technique Chris was using resulted in Michael getting smacked in the face with a comb over and over. This was all after they skipped Michael for the next person in line, and even then continued to make him wait to disappear into the back while he was the only costumer in the store. He won’t be back.
