- CSCourtney Simpson2 days ago5.0I was skeptical coming to this location bc of the reviews... but when I walked in, I was greeted by one employee, then another pointed me to the products asked for... BUT, DANIELLE! She actually helped me to find the EXACT products I needed, educated me (i am a new makeup girlie 💁🏾♀️) and I was in and out in 15 minutes!! You can't beat that 🤷🏾♀️

There has to be a better process and scouting for keys and bottles backstage in front of clients is quite embarrassing. Mall of Georgia has this problem as well. It's about time Sephora make luxury fragrance vending machines because the tech is available as well for an AI consultation and sampling device.

- GRGina RosadoFeb 27, 20261.0Terrible service and a dirty store. Don't bother going to this location, they are the least helpful bunch of human beings around. They care more about doing their own makeup than actually helping a customer. Went in to get a thermal brush but it was in a locked case, went around the whole store looking for someone to help. Literally asked a worker and they stared at me, said ok and walked away and asked another customer if they needed help when I kid you not, I literally just asked for help. This store honestly used to be nice, I dont know what happened but they are awful.
