  This store always leaves me with an eerie feeling. I’m not sure what kind of culture the management is creating, but a lot of the staff seem miserable and unfriendly. One of the products was defective and actually injured me, and when I explained what happened, several employees just stood around giving side-eye. No one offered to help or even apologize. This is the third time I’ve left this store feeling uncomfortable. Something is definitely off with the environment here.

  I called this store location to see if they had any walk-ins available for professional makeup application on a Sunday and Tori, the beauty advisor, called me back to inquire about the type of service I was seeking - she was flexible enough to offer me a time slot on very short notice - she did an amazing job with the makeup, with a quick turn-around time. She was highly professional and courteous throughout the service, and had great customer service/engagement - I definitely recommend Tori and the service at this location, skilled staff and services rendered at a fair and reasonable price - I would certainly rebook with Tori in the future! 10/10!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora today thanks to Tori! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient from start to finish. Tori gave both me and my girlfriend a full face scan, walked us through the results, and took the time to find the exact product lines we wanted — no rushing, no pressure, just genuine care. Her kindness and gentle demeanor made the whole visit feel like a personalized beauty consultation. It’s rare to meet someone who not only knows her craft, but truly enjoys helping people feel confident. We left feeling taken care of and excited to try our new products. If you visit Sephora, definitely ask for Tori — you’ll be in amazing hands!

  Not really a fan of this location. I opted to use the curbside pickup option, which left me waiting forever while all the employees stood at the front door (curbside is located literally right in front of the store) so I’m not understanding why I still had to come inside to pickup my order. The employees seem a little lazy & not really friendly. The Lenox & Perimeter locations are always nice to visit not this location.

  I visited your store today and unfortunately had another disappointing experience. The staff seemed very standoffish — they were engaging and assisting other customers, but completely ignored me. Even when I politely said “excuse me,” they didn’t acknowledge me or make room. Thankfully, one kind lady with blonde hair eventually helped me. While I was waiting in line, employees stood nearby talking and watching me, but no one came over to check me out for a long time. This is the third time I’ve had this kind of experience at this location, and it’s really discouraging. At this point, I’ll be making the drive to another store instead, where I feel more welcomed.
