I recently visited the Great Clips in Snellville based on a recommendation to see stylist Kris for a shampoo, blow dry, and trim. I checked in early, knowing Kris wouldn’t be in until 11 AM, and I was okay with waiting since there were five people ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, Kris asked if she had seen me before. After I mentioned that I was referred by an acquaintance, she told me she couldn't do my hair because she leaves at 2 PM. At that point, I had already been waiting for over an hour and it was only 12:30 PM. I was shocked when she said she doesn’t wash, blow dry, or trim hair, despite having trimmed hair since she arrived. The manager seemed just as surprised as I was and mentioned another stylist could help, but she wouldn’t be in until 2 PM. So, I returned at 2 PM, only to find the same situation. It felt like they had no experience working with people of color and long hair, which was disappointing and frustrating. Kris’s lack of consideration for my wait time felt rude and unprofessional. When I returned, she was still accepting customers, which added to my frustration. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be returning. I’ll be sure to share this with my friends, so they know not to refer anyone else.

It took 6 months for my hair to grow out to get a decent haircut….😡😡😡 Mariza did a fabulous job.. she needs to train the others how to blend hair!! Love her customer service experience and knowledge on cutting!!! Awesome Job…

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
