Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If walk-ins aren’t truly welcome, the sign shouldn’t be up. I won’t be returning.

I asked for a couple inches past shoulder length and showed a picture of what I wanted to my hairstylist and had 5-6 inches cut off my hair and a butchered curtain bang AND the cut was very uneven and choppy. It felt like she was rushing through my haircut to get on her break because the second she was done she vanished. My boyfriend who was there had a haircut that took twice as long as mine. I was baffled by the lack of care given to me today by that stylist. Thankfully, Antonio did save it by fixing the bangs and the unevenness. That’s the only reason I’m not leaving one star. Thank you Antonio for your help.
