  Curltopia is designed for the curly girls! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and pampered! The salon is clean, relaxing and beautifully decorated. My stylist Nova is a true professional and she makes sure that my hair is perfect… guarantee to get compliments and she exceeds my expectations EVERY SINGLE TIME! Would highly recommend!!

  Been to Curltopia twice now after endlessly searching for a GOOD natural hair salon in the area and I’ve finally found it! First appointment was w/ Nova for a trim & two strand twists and my curls looked sooo good on takedown a few days later. Jana washed my hair both times and she really does an amazing job! My hair has not felt this clean, soft, and cared for in so long. I also got a blowout from Kat and she was so sweet and gentle and I truly appreciated that in a stylist. 20/10 experience. If you are not going to Curltopia for your natural hair, then you are missing out!

  I absolutely love this place. My stylist is Nova and she takes care of me and my curls to perfection. I’ve been coming to Nova for over a year now and I have length, strength, and popping curls. I get compliments all the time on how healthy my hair is and I always credit Nova and Curltopia. If you’re looking for a place to cater to your natural hair needs , you will not regret coming here.

  I was referred to Curltopia by a co-worker and I cannot thank her enough for introducing me to such a wonderful salon with a great group of stylists. When you arrive you're greeted with a smile and offered hot or cold beverages. The black and white decor is very stylist. My appointment was at 8:00AM. I arrived a little early to find that the shop was open and my stylist, Nova was waiting for me. I'm new to natural hair and Nova suggested a 2-strand twist. She explained that I could take the twists down after a week if I'd like and she showed me the proper way to untwist the hair to avoid putting stress on the ends. I was extremely impressed and looking for to my next appointment!!!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled with one stylist but was switched to another without being informed. The service I received was unacceptable—my hair looked worse leaving than when I arrived. Instead of taking accountability, I was told my results were due to “hair damage” and “not having the curl pattern” of the photo I provided. This is untrue; I’ve been with skilled stylists for years who handled my hair with excellence. When I asked to speak with management, I was told by the front desk that the manager’s only response was to “pay and never come back.” That level of disrespect was shocking. Since then, I’ve had excellent results elsewhere, proving this was not about my hair—it was about poor service and lack of professionalism. I am sharing this review so others are aware. Judging by the increasing number of one-star reviews here, my experience was not an isolated incident. I hope this salon takes accountability and makes real improvements.
