Said want back hair longer then front and front was gonna be past shoulders about 6 inches. Said wanted head wash too expecting to pay a 10.00 charge for a good head wash. What I got was a 2 minute job by the sink. Then I explain what I want again. She kept combing my ears which was getting painful. When she got done few minutes later my hair is wet I am thinking I need my hair dry to fully see cut. She turns on dryer and brushes my bangs sideways shows me back of hair on top but not the full result. Meantime kept insisting I take glasses off so I could not see what she was cutting. When I tell her wanted to more layered she said already layered. Then I sat there waiting to see fully my cut. She says to dry my hair would be 30.00 thought she meant 17.00 for cut 10.00 for wash and 3.00 to dry no she said 30.00 to just dry..I picked up my cap and went to put on my head when I realized hair was short all way around .could barely tuck my hair in my cap and when I came in I had a nice long ponytail in my cap. I am very upset .still upset that a stylist was that bad and did not listen to clients wishes. At ck out they showed me the pic list on wall. So I had 5.00 coupon was telling them about on phone and was dismissed as if I did not say anything. . This was my first cut in a year. Last cut at a new shop paid attention. Cost to have me leave feeling upset was 27.00 and still I left 3.00 tip not deserving at all. My birthday is the 8th was gonna go to another shop Sunday get hair cut use my birthday senior discount and coupon which would of given stylist a nice tip but went to this shop because my friend was getting nails done couple doors down. There was nothing about great clips and my hair cut :( won't recommend them ever again. 40.00 for wash and dry 17.00 for a 7 minute cut. Even the men got better cuts then I did and had more socialable stylists. :(.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
