  I had my first Botox appointment here and it was a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor was very kind, took the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend! :)

  this is my first time getting Botox and I also got a lip flip. Dr. Jackson Smith was absolutely amazing. he's so kind and so patient with all my questions. he has the cutest dog iv ever seen !!! It made the appointment so much better!!! I think he did a really great job, it was not painful!! 10 out of 10 would recommend coming here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

  I have had several treatments with Dr. Jackson's and have been very impressed with his attention to detail and personalizing my care. Being able to communicate directly with him has been great as well!

  I had an amazing experience getting my lip filler and Botox done. He is incredibly educated, professional, and truly understands the science and artistry behind these treatments. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the results looked natural and balanced with my features. I’m so happy with how refreshed and beautiful everything looks. Highly recommend!

  I would not even rate this a one star but unfortunately I couldn't leave a review unless I chose one. This place is extremely unprofessional! I called about the $179 special that was advertised on Facebook. I set an appointment to come in for consultation. They had no problem calling me back intially to set up an appointment. I had never done this type of treatment before. When I got there the door was locked, I knocked to get in, then this young man came to the door to let me in. I know now this was Dr Smith. Very young. So any way he proceeded to guide me to the back office. No one else was there and he locked the door behind us, that was a little nerve racking. Anyway we went to that room and he proceeded to tell me about the injection process and that he would be injecting around my eyes. He then talked to me about all these different levels of packages for various prices and I could get different treatments throughout the month that were in these packages that he was offering. Well after some pressuring from him I gave in to the $200 package. Now keep in mind, he never one time told me that this was a 3 month commitment to start with. So after all that he got my card information and then we went to another room. That was the treatment room. Well I laid on the bed and he took pictures of my face. Then proceeded to do the injections around my eyes. I was very nervous having someone come at my face and eye area with needles, I've never had this done before. Well it was over and I got through it fine. Then he proceeded to tell me if I have any questions or needed anything at all that I have his "personal number" and don't hesitate to call! He also told me he would send me a link with information in it where I could go in and purchase some products that we talked about during the consultation. We said our goodbyes and I left. Being so nervous I forgot to ask about the other things that were included in the "package" I paid for and thought I was coming to get. He never mentioned the lip flip I already paid for but didn't get. A couple of days went by never got the link he talked about. So I called him on the number he gave me. He answered right away and said hello and called me by name so I assumed my # was programmed into his phone. I asked about that link and he said well I'm currently with a patient but I will step out of the room and send it to you real quick. Well it never came. So to make a very long story short that was the LAST communication I had with him for 3 1/2 months! He never answered my calls or texts again. I left numerous! I finally went to the office where my treatment was. The door was always locked and no one ever there. I started to think this place was closed. So how was I supposed to come in and use this supposed membership for other things that I was paying for monthly, when no one was ever there and no one ever answered my calls or texts? But the money kept coming out of my account every month!!! So I reported this to the BBB which I found out he is not a member of, and I then reported my card lost stolen to my bank so he could no longer charge a membership fee! I also posted stuff on their FB page and now on Google review, I strongly caution you from going through any of the things that happened to me. To me this business was a complete scam! I never did get all the services promised. And I never did see any difference in my eyes with the "supposed" treatment I got from him! Oh and he charged my card a 4th time even though that "3 month commitment"I never new about was over. So yes I feel like I was mistreated by Smile and Face Company in Savannah Ga and I strongly recommend you find another place to go even if it costs more, do your homework on any business like this!!
