  I came into JCPenney Hair Salon In the Most Chaotic Panic!!! Sierra The Master Designer assisted me . She was beyond Patient Professional and compassionate about my situation and I will never forget it. I love my hair❣️ She created THE PERFECT COLOR FOR ME!! Thank you ☺️ sooooo Much because you performed A MIRACLE 🙏🏽 Sierra !

  JaNee is great! She was my stylist at J.C. Penny before COVID. When she told me she was coming back I couldn’t wait to get here! She is an excellent stylist. My hair has grown and is softer, shinier, and more manageable since her gifted hands are taking care of my hair again. She is friendly and kind. She asks questions about my hair and suggests best products for my hair type, etc. My gray-haired two-strand twists are always “on point.” I have people asking me “who did my hair” all the time. I was in NJ not too long ago and at least three strangers walked up to me, complimented my hair and asked me who does my hair.

  I had an appointment with Ms. Sierra. She did a wonderful job braiding my natural hair which is only about 4 inches long!! I got lemonade braids for the first time and purchased the wrong hair. Ms. Sierra was so kind to purchase the right hair for me.

  Absolutely love my hair! My stylist, Janee, was professional, detail-oriented, and made the whole experience so comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Sophia was also amazing, helping when needed and very knowledgeable. My hair looks amazing and feels so healthy. Highly recommend!
