I’ve tried multiple treatments and I’ve enjoyed every one. My favorites are the IR sauna, massage and the bath! Keisha did a 10/10 job on my deep tissue massage. She made sure I was comfortable while still targeting my problem areas. I truly do feel a difference and less tense after her treatment. Thank you Keisha, Sarah and the WH team! I can’t wait for my next visit!

I went in feeling very stressed with a sore shoulder and left completely relaxed and refreshed. Her massage was exactly what I needed professional, intuitive, and incredibly effective. Lelia and Emily were also wonderful. They took the time to give me a full tour of the spa and provided great information, especially since it was my first visit. Got her a short massage, a simple facial, staff found out it was her birthday provided the bouquet of roses and baby's breath with other flowers, and lounged in the VIP section for almost a full hour. After all of the pampering. They even brought her a plate of six various styles of chocolate coated candies, much like the Ferrero Rocher candies but with white chocolate as well. The VIP lounge was very warm and toasty and at 100 years old. She very much appreciated. Comfort of that room. I can't thank the staff enough. Definitely on the permanent list of luxury splurges to indulge. Take a look at the photos. Those soft gray robes are fuzzy warm on the inside.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements/Age Restrictions
Woodhouse Spa will not perform any service(s) on anyone under the age of 18 and reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. Children are not prohibited at the spa or in the spa boutique. Please review the following specific age restrictions for Woodhouse Spa Mount Pleasant:
Massage: Guests must be 18+ for a solo massage. Parents/guardians may not sit in the service room in order to get a minor in for service.
Body Treatment: Guests must be 18+ for all Body Treatments.
Ritual: Guests must be 18+ for all Rituals.
Facial: Guests must be 18+ for a facial. Guests 16+ may receive a facial if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). The parent/guardian must check in with the minor and stay at the spa for the duration of the minor's service.
Wax: Guests must be 18+ for all Wax services.
Nails: Guests must be 18+ for solo Nail services. Guests 16+ may receive a nail service if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). Guests 12+ may receive a nail service if a parent/guardian is present in the same service room.
Alcohol: Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to access the mimosa bar even with parent consent. We have the right to card guests or prohibit alcohol consumption.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.

A relaxing take on the traditional art of reflexology, this service begins with a shea butter and sugar exfoliation of the feet. Pressure is then applied to specific reflex points on the feet, relieving stress, inducing deep relaxation and bringing balance to the entire body.
