  This sephora in Savanah Georgia was very amazing!!! My mother and I had a great time searching and buying some amazing products! Also very helpful and friendly staff!💄😊 Will vist again!!!

  Want to give a shoutout to Kathleen who helped me pick out some lip butter today. She was so patient and was very knowledgeable about the butters and balms in the store. She was also considerate enough to ask if I needed anything else and provided me with tissues to remove the swatches off my hand. My experience at this location has been horrible for months (from in-store to curbside) and I let her know that I truly appreciated her customer service. As a Beauty Insider, I’m hoping Sephora does some customer service training, sensitivity and inclusivity training and just an overhaul on hiring team members who are personable and kind — I should not have to come in with a face full of makeup to be treated well — or worse, be a different skin complexion. Sometimes a girl just wants to grab a little something for herself on her break. Thanks, Kathleen for making my day and being so kind! 😊

  From the moment I walked in the door, Trinity caught my attention with her beautiful face and absolutely flawless makeup. I used to do makeup professionally years ago, but in the past 10–15 years I’ve felt completely out of the loop. On this visit, I explained to her that I had just started a new job and noticed that my old “quick routine” (primer, concealer, powder) wasn’t holding up anymore. My first day required me to spend 5+ hours indoors, and when I finally looked in the mirror, my makeup had separated and I wasn’t happy at all. Trinity listened with such patience and kindness. She walked me through the store, aisle by aisle, making sure I found everything I needed. She took me right to the Danessa Myricks Water Powder Serum that I had been missing and also suggested other products that turned out to be spot on. Her product knowledge is incredible—she didn’t just recommend items, she explained exactly how they work and why they’d make a difference in my routine. One tip she gave me has already changed my makeup game: using a powder puff correctly. She explained that the reason I hadn’t liked them before was because I was applying the powder straight from puff to face, which was too much product. She showed me how to dab it on my hand first, then apply it, and wow—the results speak for themselves. I used the Sephora brand puff she recommended today, and my makeup has been flawless ALL day. I cannot thank Trinity enough for her patience, professionalism, and sweetness. She truly went above and beyond, and I honestly told her I’ve “adopted” her after this experience 🤗 She’s an amazing asset to this Sephora location, and I hope she knows just how much she is appreciated.

  The QR code on my receipt faded, leaving me unable to complete my "store visit summary." So I had to find another way to dote on Tabbitha. I'm clearly going to say what everyone else already knows but WOW, isn't she a breath of fresh air! Kind, talented, thoughtful and definitely magical. Tabbitha, I'm so happy that you landed into your gift. You brought so much more than your talent to our make-up session. Tabbitha had me leaving the store looking and feeling like a goddess, no exaggeration. I felt beautiful and it was displayed in my confidence throughout the evening. Even after removing my makeup, I was full from the conversation we had. Virgo to Virgo, you are everything! Thank you for being a part of making my 48hr visit to Savannah so magical! I even think Jeezy may have winked at me from the stage ;). You almost got me a date girl! If only I didn't bring my own sand to the beach lol. Sending you so much light!!
