    Everything was very nice. I was shopping for my wife with just pictures of what she wanted. They were very happy to help me and had alot of patience, as I know NOTHING about makeup. I would go back again to shop for my wife without hesitation. Great experience.

    Tabbitha was very personable and attentive. She assisted me in my color match, and recommended great products I now love that are all SPF. She is amazing, I wish all beauty experts were like her. She definitely made my experience very comfortable, easy, and happy!

    Uncomfortable customer service experience I am writing this review with respect, but also with honesty. I have visited this store several times, and unfortunately, on three different occasions, I had uncomfortable interactions with the same employee. Because this employee does not wear a name tag, I am including a brief description strictly for identification purposes. She is tall, with dark hair, a medium-dark complexion, and a heavy-set build. I want to be very clear that there are other employees with similar features who are kind, respectful, and provide excellent service. This feedback is directed only at the specific behavior experienced and not at anyone else. I understand that associates routinely check on customers, especially in a cosmetics store. However, the tone, facial expressions, and body language used by this particular employee felt unwelcoming and dismissive rather than helpful. At times, her attitude made me feel as though I was not welcome in the store, even though I was simply shopping as a customer. On my first visit, after spending time browsing, she approached me and said, “Still you here?”, which immediately made me uncomfortable. On another visit, she asked, “You ok?” in a way that felt uneasy. When I replied that I did need assistance, she said she was busy and walked away. She never returned, even though I waited. Later, I noticed her standing near the entrance without assisting customers, while another employee kindly helped me and provided excellent service. I want to clarify that when I shop here, I take my time because I am carefully selecting cosmetics, and my visits always result in a purchase. Feeling watched, judged, or dismissed negatively affects the shopping experience. Additionally, the store has recently appeared disorganized and not as clean as before, which also impacts the overall experience. I am sharing this feedback respectfully and constructively, with the hope that management can address consistency in customer service and overall store standards. I truly appreciate the team members who are professional, welcoming, and attentive.

    I come to this specific Sephora location very often and I have to give a shoutout to Ellie! I recently had a few questions about new brands in store and she was so kind and willing to help me out whereas the other girls working at the time had almost the opposite reaction… I was slightly taken back as I spend a lot of money at this location. The one girl completely walked away from me and refused to answer my questions. Again, very grateful to Ellie for helping me out, she was so insightful and helped me pick up a new great product! 💕
