- PPPhyllisAug 2, 20252.0I went to JC Penny to get my hair style, on Sunday about a week ago, the beautician that did my hair was nice, but my hair looked worse then before I went in there, she was to shampoo and blow dry my hair, she did not want to wash my hair so she put dry shampoo on my hair, which I did not like, I believe she wanted to get out of there and really did not want to take the time to do what I wanted, my hair did not even come close to looking like the picture I show her! I will not be coming back to JC Penny’s to get my hair done!
