When he checked out, she told him he “never tips” and that it’s “noted in the system under his name.” That’s not even true — he DOES tip. He just didn’t tip her the last time because the cut wasn’t good, and he didn’t tip today because this one was rushed and sloppy. Tipping is optional, but talking to a customer like that is completely out of line. On top of the attitude, the haircut itself was a mess: • The neckline is uneven and crooked • One side is lower than the other • No taper or fade — just a harsh blunt line • Patchy blending with dark shadow spots she missed • Stray hairs left uncut • The whole thing was done in about five minutes and looks unfinished After this happened, I looked at the reviews and noticed multiple recent complaints about this same stylist — rushed cuts, uneven results, not listening to the customer, chopping off way more hair than requested. So clearly this isn’t an isolated situation. No customer should be treated like this or pay for a haircut that looks like this. Management needs to address this ongoing issue.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
