Unfortunately, what I received was completely unacceptable. The stylist (Angel) did not even wet my hair before cutting, which is basic technique when trying to achieve an even, straight cut. When I pointed out that the cut was clearly uneven from the back, I was repeatedly told that it was “straight,” despite it being visibly crooked and wavy. Three other staff members stepped in to back her up instead of actually fixing the issue. The attached photo clearly shows that the cut is not straight at all. This was not a matter of preference. it was a poorly executed haircut.I was charged almost $30 for a simple straight trim, yet I had to rush to another salon the same day to fix the mess. Hair is not something to take lightly, and this experience completely ruined my day. Very unpleasant, unprofessional, and disappointing. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone looking for even a basic haircut. Not worth the time, money, or stress.

- DCDan ChamberlainDec 11, 20251.0Awful experience. I’ve gotten bad haircuts at GreatClips before but they are usually consistent and cheap. This was the worst experience I have had though. Asked for a medium fade 1-2 with an inch and a half off the top with scissors. I should walked out the door when she asked if I wanted a zero. I got a zero-1 uneven fade and a bird nest on the top of my head with scissors. Look I get it’s a bargain spot, but how this lady ever got a job there is beyond me. Others walked out with reasonable cuts and I walked out thinking well I’ll have to find a way to make this work. I’ll never come back to this greatclips.
