I have really long hair and every time I walk in to check in, they say, "oh we don't cut long hair..." What kind of barber says that when you do this for a living!!! My hair came out so choppy when I asked for layers and bangs. They really need to hire professional barbers that actually know what they are doing because this place is the worst.

With the first snip she knew the "stylist " was doing more than a trim and told her she asked fir a trim not cut. It turned out the stylist took off more than 4" of hair. Its the first time I said I did not like the cut. My wife also mentioned when she corrected the stylist she became defensive. My wife will never return to thst butcher shop. I only wish I could give a negative number rating.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
