- RRRikaDec 22, 20201.0It's still not sitting well with me that I was charged for missing an appointment that I never knew was confirmed. I never received a confirmation email nor a phone call. If your system doesn't allow reminders for appointments booked on Sundays while you're closed then you need to disable the booking system on Sundays. I'm a loyal customer, been coming to the Sandy Springs location a few years now and honestly I'm disappointed. I love receiving my waxes from Ava but not sure when I'll be back after this.
