Instead, she tried assigning me to someone else, so I decided to cancel. She clearly didn’t want me to cancel and insisted on taking me to a room anyway, telling me to get ready and wait 55 minutes until the therapist I’d booked was available. I refused to sit in a room that long, and that’s when she actually raised her voice at me. Completely unprofessional. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a massage place. If you enjoy being spoken to rudely or pressured into staying after you’ve chosen to cancel, then maybe this place is for you, but I definitely won’t be returning.
