    If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been shopping here for over 15 years and spend thousands of dollars every single month at this store. Today I walked in at 3:55 PM — FIVE minutes before closing — arms full, rushing to grab products I rely on daily. Instead of the respect a loyal customer deserves, I was immediately yelled at by two rude employees. When I apologized and tried to explain, they told me I couldn’t shop and basically shoved me out the door. I have never been treated with such disrespect in all my years as a hairstylist and paying customer. After everything I’ve spent here, this is the thanks I get? Absolutely disgusting customer service. If this is how they treat the people who keep them in business, they don’t deserve my money — or anyone else’s. I’ll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
