  This location has a serious professionalism problem, starting at the supervisor level. My son’s first visit was for a simple fade. He clearly explained that he wanted part of his hair left longer and that the cowlick/bang area should not be touched. Despite that, it was cut off. He decided to return weeks later to give the shop a fair second chance. When he came back, he calmly explained to the front desk what went wrong previously and asked what could be done. A manager was called over, who turned out to be the store supervisor, the same person who ended up cutting his hair. She asked what he wanted, and he explained very clearly that only a small section (about the size of a quarter) needed evening out, while the cowlick side should remain long. Instead, she ignored those instructions and cut far more than discussed. She then sprayed his hair down excessively, clearly attempting to mask the result rather than address it. When he calmly walked her through what he asked for versus what she actually did, she became visibly irritated and admitted she did not follow his instructions. Rather than offering a solution, correction, or apology, she told him to leave the store. He asked if she could at least dry his hair, since she had completely soaked it. She refused. As he was exiting and standing in the parking lot, he could hear her yelling about calling the police? despite no disturbance, no threats, and no behavior that would justify that response. Being dismissed, cut against instructions, sent out with wet hair, and then threatened with police involvement for calmly addressing a service issue is unacceptable! especially from a supervisor. This will be escalated to corporate. Customers deserve competence, accountability, and basic respect. None were present here.

  This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional service experiences I’ve had. I came in about a month ago for a simple fade and clearly explained that I wanted part of my hair left longer, specifically leaving the cowlick/bang area untouched. Despite that, the stylist cut it off anyway. Mistakes happen, so I decided to give the shop a second chance. When I returned, I calmly explained to the front desk what went wrong previously and asked what could be done. A manager was brought out, who turned out to be the store supervisor. She asked what I wanted, and I explained very clearly that only a small section (about the size of a quarter) needed evening out, while the cowlick side should remain long. Instead, she ignored that request and cut far more than discussed, soaking my hair with water afterward in a way that made it obvious the result wasn’t what I asked for. After walking through what I had requested versus what was done, she became visibly agitated and ultimately admitted she did not follow my instructions. At that point, rather than trying to resolve the issue, she told me to leave the store. I asked if she could at least dry my hair since it had been completely soaked, and she refused. I exited the store calmly, and while still in the parking lot, I could hear her yelling about calling the police, despite nothing occurring that would justify that. I will be following up with corporate regarding this experience. Customers should not be dismissed, soaked, cut against their instructions, or threatened after calmly explaining concerns. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional from a supervisor.

  I will stop back again, happy with my hair cut. This was my first time there so I expected my stylist would have questions on how my cut would be done.
