They proceeded to cut to the length i asked for, but in the "layer" process proceeded to cut two to three more inches off. Good thing hair grows back. The fundamentals of hair cutting is not that complicated, listening to customers is a very easy thing to do. This location is notorious for not listening to customers. I'm done going here.

I asked why it’s so short underneath and she claimed that it was my daughter’s hairline😆 I said no, you cut it that way. I also said it looks so choppy and she said it’s because some is wet and other dry. She then tried to fix the choppiness and I just asked her to please stop cutting. She still charged me for this mess. Get new employees
