- BHBernice HurtNov 2, 20251.0My grandson and husband just left Great clips I called them before traveling all the way there and inform them that he was a black kid with 4C hair and I asked if there were anyone in the shop that could cut his hair she said sure I said say less after my grandson and husband showed up to get his haircut they told them that they don't cut black folks hair wow is my final answer simply because she lied to me over the phone and second of all she knew good and well that they do not know how to cut black folks hair so beware family if you are a true Hebrew Israelite with 4C hair stay away from Great clips they might as well go ahead and put a sign out front saying whites only.!!!!!!! After researching before I finally post my comments I came upon several articles in reviews stating that they are known for not doing true Hebrew Israelites so-called African Americans hair I'm only pissed because it was a waste of time and I hate being lied to so now Great clips there you go stop lying over the phone knowing good and well you are limited on your cutting abilities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
