  I scheduled an appointment online and then decided to get the membership. That in itself was an issue as I initially booked an appointment after receiving a gift card for my birthday that I received in December. I finally booked this weekend and ran into issues with their website. Although I had a gift card, they still wanted a card on file. That was a red flag in itself. Once it charged my card after putting the gift card information on the site, I called and waited for a call back. I received a call, explained the situation and after being told they would resolve the issue I then began to express my needs as far as having chronic back pain due to stress and body mechanics. I asked if they recommended someone specifically for a deep tissue and cupping they assured me that the person they had for my reservation would be able to assist me just fine. However, after confirming my appointment for 2:30 they then said that they needed to move me to either 2 or 3 pm. This was already an inconvenience for me. I didn’t understand why it was even offered on the site to begin with but never questioned it and told them 3 would be fine. Fast forward to the day of appointment. They call me several hours before leaving a voicemail stating that my therapist was unavailable and I could call back to reschedule. Are you kidding me ? This has to be a joke. The irony in it all is that when I spoke with the receptionist she told I would need to cancel 24 hours in advance unless I would be charged for the full 50 mins and add ons. I’m very disappointed I wasted my time on this place and had it not been for the gift card I received for my birthday, this would have never been a top massage place to begin with. The fact of the matter is it’s in close proximity so it’s convenient and it was given as a gift. I rather pay more money somewhere else than to deal with the problems I’ve already experienced. I could only imagine the massage.

  The massage was good. However, I didn't receive a full 50 minute massage as expected once I was actually in the back.

  I have mixed feelings about my experience at The NOW. On one hand, the massage itself was amazing. Jennifer did an incredible job and is clearly a talented therapist; I would highly recommend her skills to anyone. However, the experience was completely overshadowed by a major billing error and unprofessional behavior at the front desk. When asked for the tip amount, I clearly stated 15%. The receptionist asked if I said "50%," and I explicitly corrected her, repeating 15%. Despite this, I was charged a 50% tip. When I called to resolve the overcharge, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She actually laughed and made fun of the situation while I was trying to explain the error. Even when my husband stepped in to help clarify, she remained dismissive. She eventually claimed she would speak to a supervisor to issue a correction, but it has been three days with no updates or refund. It’s a shame because the service from the therapist was great, but due to the lack of integrity at the front desk and the disrespectful customer service, I will not be returning
