  I would give it a zero. The customer service is not great! 20 minutes in an empty store and 5 associates just walked passed me. They don’t even answer the phone when you try to call the store to speak with a manager. Calling to make a complaint.

  I am very torn with writing this review. I am from up east and a Sephora shopper. I relocated to Georgia and found the closest Sephora to me is Peachtree City. My first visit there was horrific, I watched a manager talk to her staff so nasty and condescending that it was uncomfortable to shop. The associate helping me was so afraid I felt bad for her. Then when I witnessed the manager speak to another male associate very rudely and dismissive I had enough. I do not like to complain bout management because I know they have a lot on their plate but it was ridiculous but then when I saw it extended to two other customers I was shocked. I have been a District Manager for over 40 years plus in the retail arena and that behavior is unacceptable. I dismissed my first visit and went in again another time and had a better experience but still very strained environment and I realized it was the manager on the floor. Not only did she dismissed her team but I observed her racially profile customers. That's very sad in this diverse country we live in and especially how affluent the demographics are in Peach tree city. I think you need a Corporate Human Resource partner to visit the store and retrain your managers on "Customer Service and non bias Sales techniques". Beautiful Store in prime location should not be getting so many negative reviews for a company that is known for it's customer service and fair hiring practices.
