    I'm not sure where all the positive reviews come from. I got scammed for the monthly package deal of Niacin infusions. The pricing was vague so when I asked what was all included I was told it was 2 /500mg bags with my choice of 2 add ons per week for 4 weeks because I could not do more than 1000mg per week. The first week was fine. Hillary told me if I didn't want to come in twice a week I could do the 1000mg in one day, so today I went and she tried to charge me not only for an extra 500 mg bag but told me my 1100.00 payment was only good for 1000mg. WHAT??? I told her that is absolutely not what I was told and why would they have scheduled me for the following week without saying there was a charge. Everyone including her today when she asked (is this your 2nd or 3 week) knew I was there for four weeks with what I bought, coming in either once or twice each of those weeks. She said she would take care of it for the day and she would take care of it "today", as if she was doing me some favor for scamming me. I will tell everyone I can not to go here. Furthermore while I was getting infusions she was talking to her team about sales and how to push them and what that means for them. So, I basically paid 1100.00 for 1000 mg of Naicin. So far I feel no different. The way she was selling it, they would charge me 4400.00 a month for 1 infusion per week!

    I’m very disappointed with my experience at Restore. The last time I came, I paid $100. This time, I paid $140 and do not feel like I received the full IV bag I paid for. I was given two very small bags, and it did not seem equal to a full bag at all. It felt like I paid more and received less. I was also told I would get a discount for scheduling my next appointment before leaving last time, and that discount was never applied. That was frustrating and made the experience feel misleading. On top of that, I developed a red rash on my arm where the IV was placed. The nurse noticed it before I left and told me to just take Benadryl, which I ended up having to do. That was concerning and not something I expected after a treatment like this. For what I paid, I honestly feel like I could have gone to the emergency room and paid around the same amount and received better care. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I expected better service, better communication, and to actually receive what I paid for.

    Akash, Hilary, and Shelly were very friendly. Akash was so hospital and accommodating from the moment we entered the business. Unexpectedly I had to bring my daughter with me. He made her feel so comfortable and even went and retrieved her iPad from our car for her. I was enamored how they checked in on me periodically. I can’t wait to return. Outside of the hospitality, I feel great!
