The first time I did not leave a review due to the manager smoothing things over but this is the second time. I came in for one item after work. A young lady Kylie/Katie(forgive me) helped me find the product quickly but the disregard during checkout is what nailed it for me. I will NEVER come to this location ever again. Please prioritize ALL of your guests.

I got to my car and realized the lip gloss in the mobile order was something I already had so I walked back in the store and picked out another lipgloss instead I went to the counter and did my exchange it wasn’t an even exchange I paid an extra $6.00 for this other one here is proof the transaction was made in the photo. Anyways I got to my car again and opened up and realized it was a lot darker than the packaging at this point I was debating just coming back another day because I was embarrassed to go back in but I said whatever and came back in to find a color that was the correct shade. In this process Lydia helped me out and I had explained to her the mistake I made and she tried to help out I ended up finding one got to the counter and the gentlemen working told me there was no proof in the system that I had ever made that exchange at this point I’m just confused I don’t know what happened on her end they refused to do anything to try to help in this situation and I feel like I was being judged. I told them at the counter you are more than welcome to pull camera footage as I have no reason to lie I’ve spent too much money in this store I just wanted to get my right shade and continue on with my day. It’s unfortunate I walked out of the store in tears and no help.
