My wife managed to get her hair done, go grocery shopping, and was waiting in the car before I even got called! I am usually pretty understanding with customer-facing businesses, but this was kinda absurd. I finally just left after they called the fourth person.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
