Despite nobody showing up until 15 minutes after we arrived, FOUR people were taken back before me, despite me sitting in store and checking in prior to arriving. My wife managed to get her hair done, go grocery shopping, and was waiting in the car before I even got called! I am usually pretty understanding with customer-facing businesses, but this was kinda absurd. I finally just left after they called the fourth person.
