- AWashley WilliamsMar 6, 20261.0I just left the Newnan location, which I normally avoid because of the manager, Bianca. I actually go out of my way to visit the Fayetteville location because the customer service there reflects the level of respect customers deserve when spending their money. Unfortunately, my experience at the Newnan store has consistently been unpleasant. Bianca is often rude toward African American customers while appearing much friendlier to people of other races. What makes this even more disappointing is that she is an African American woman herself. I previously filed a complaint about this issue months ago, but no one from the district manager’s office ever followed up with me. This is very concerning, and I believe something needs to be addressed immediately. A shopping experience should never leave customers feeling disrespected or drained of their joy. I hope this matter is taken seriously and handled appropriately.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
