- THT HAug 9, 20251.0I have NEVER in my 35 years of being in the Industry, have experienced such racism, rudeness and down right disrespect in my entire career! I cringe Everytime I go to your location in Newnan! The employee( manager) idk her title....that's irrelevant. She is beyond the definition of RUDE! The first few encounters I chalked up to... perhaps she's having a bad day. But, I watched her interact with a few other patrons that didn't look Like me... she was joking and friendly... all the things! Honestly, the question is, how has she been getting away with this behavior is disgraceful! I have worked in NYC , London, cooperate Aveda, Director at Beau Rivage Spa, Loreal ....and have owned 2 successful salons. I can deal with people and personalities! I will NEVER shop the Newnan location again! Your employee, truly is, a VERY mean and racisit person. Her dirty looks and eye rolls are on a whole other level!!!!

This store is supposed to open at 8:00. Many cosmetologist need to pick up product on their way into work with client appointments starting at 9 am. The store should open promptly at 8.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
